Jungshin Fitness is a sword focused fitness program for all ages. The workouts combine directional momentum training with lightly weighted swords in a fun group setting. During each class you will slice through a full workout utilizing long and short wooden swords for toning, fat-burn, balance and mental clarity. Think yoga/pilates/martial arts fusion - the session can be as gentle or as hard-core as you want it to be, as modifications are provided and all movements are made at your own pace. After the session you will feel strong, empowered and motivated!
Jungshin Fitness SF has soft swords particularly designed for children, so your little ones can join you as part of our Kid-and-Me class series. This helps children not only develop their movement and motor skills, but also exposes them to the benefits of mind-body practice and movement from a young age.
